A busy sort of day today, with a couple of speeches to write in the morning, then a consultancy to bid for (little hope but one must keep at it), and finally a rather interesting article on disability to edit.
However, I have had a headache all day, which is steadily getting worse, and I wonder if my lunch of leftovers was slightly off.
Last night’s dinner was the last of the very large fish from the weekend. I had put the head and tail in the freezer and then took it out to make a fish stock flavoured with lemongrass and ginger. It was ok, could have been better, but at least it meant none of the fish went to waste.
What an uninteresting update this is.
